What is FMA Fashion Week?

Objective: Appeal to the fashion conscious consumer through promotion of Hollywood North’s fashion industry including retailer & designer brands and boutiques showcasing what is available to them in the Vancouver marketplace.

Goal: Develop a fashion week that is both an industry & consumer event that represents Hollywood North. Events include runway fashion shows with showroom shopping and exhibits, musical & artistic performances, retailer store VIP shopping events, VIP receptions, art exhibitions and dining out experiences throughout the city.

This unique platform includes showroom shopping with exclusive items seen during the show. There will also be local art exhibits and music performances. Furthermore, they will partner with some of the city’s top restaurants to create a special 3 course dinner menu with partial proceeds being donated to the charity associated with FMA Fashion Week.

The Sarah McLachlan Foundation is the charity of choice for FMA Fashion week 2010, with funds being raised from ticket sales, auctions and restaurant partnerships.
